Ginseng tea has been used for centuries as an energising tonic, especially in ancient China. Some hail the drink for its ability to combat confusion and chronic fatigue. Siberian Ginseng in particular is a popular plant, often turned into a delicious tea that boosts energy levels and fights mental stress. The tea has a strong smell and taste, which many describe as “woody” and “earthy.” For most, it’s love at first sip - but the magic begins long before you open your packet. Ginseng roots are normally harvested towards the end of the year, cut, dried, and packaged into a fine tea said to boost physical and mental performance.
