Lemon Verbena is quite a refreshing herbal tea. Yes, it does produce a lemony taste that is smooth to drink, but it is definitely lighter than lemongrass and lemon balm.

This tea is naturally caffeine free and full of health-boosting properties. You may find it in many sleep blends as it is calming for the mind as well as the body. It is also said to sooth stomach cramps and period pain.

Serving Suggestions: Add 1-2 tablespoons per 250ml of hot (70-80 degree) water and steep for 1-2 minutes. Strain and serve hot OR place in the fridge and serve chilled or on ice.
