Hailing from South Africa, Green Rooibos comes from the same plant as traditional Red Rooibos however it undergoes a different process. Red Rooibos is fermented while Green is unfermented resulting in a lighter, fruitier flavour whilst boasting up to 10 times more antioxidants than Red Rooibos.
