The perfect white tea from Fujian Province, made from tea buds picked before they open. Covered with tiny white hairs, giving a silvery velvet appearance they gives a smooth, sweet taste from a pale yellow cup. If you’ve never tried one of these, they are a magnificent sight to watch open up into a flower and just as nice and beneficial to drink. Picked on only 2 days each year and processed by hand.
