For centuries, perhaps millennia, the Blue Cornflower has been a flower of choice for health and happiness. This astringent herb is a cherished ancient source of anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action, and it may ease fever, suppress appetite, and even fight dandruff. This national flower of Estonia symbolises “daily bread” for the nation, and dried out, it’s used in herbal teas for a burst of colour and/or to naturally ease congestion and constipation. Blue Cornflower is famously sweet-yet-spicy with clove-like undertones.
