Lemon Balm has delightful lemony fragrances and flavours. It is used to treat hyperthyroidism. It has also been useful in the treatment of nerve pain, along with indigestion and flatulence. It is both a carminative and sedative and consequently, has been used to assist with insomnia.

Lemon balm has traditionally been used to improve mood and cognitive function, but the potential benefits don't stop there.
