The secret to this chai? Mix black tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, cloves, star anise, turmeric and black peppercorns with one very special ingredient: Himalayan honey. It’s sweet, sticky and scarily addictive. By infusing with honey, you get these buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely golden colour. The honey also helps prevent ‘de-blending’, so every cup of organic sticky chai taste exactly the same. Simmer with milk on the stovetop for about ten minutes, then garnish with a cinnamon stick. No sugar required – this one’s sweet enough.
